Duck Derby 9 coming this weekend, May 15, 2010!

Don’t miss out on the 9th Annual Duck Derby contest this weekend.  Around town at local businesses you can buy ducks for $5 for the race down the Etowah River.  If you have the winning duck, you’ll receive a brand new Kia Soul!  This great annual event supports Advocates for Children in Bartow County.  Friday night will feature a concert, car show and corn hole tournament.  Additionally there are activities all day on Saturday including a 5K race, food and lots of activities at the Riverside Day Use Area.  The main event starts at 2pm so don’t be late to cheer your duck down the river!
