Rena Rogers with Pine State Mortgage Corporation, a Georgia-licensed direct mortgage lender, has announced a new loan program whereby the purchaser pays no money towards downpayment and the builder makes the first 4 months payments for them. 

In today’s lending climate, it has become harder and harder to obtain ‘No Money Down’ loans.  Most of the loan programs that existed 6 months ago do not exist today.  Rena Rogers, Senior Vice President and owner of Pinestate Mortgage, Cartersville Branch, states "Because of Pine State Mortgage’s outstanding position in the lending community, we are able to offer this incredible loan program where many other lenders cannot".  She adds "However, loan programs are changing on a daily basis, so purchasers should take advantage quickly".

The loan program can be conventional or FHA and money is now available at great rates.  The purchaser, as with every loan, must make application and qualify to be eligible for the loan. 

In order to qualify for the first 4 months payments to be exempt, the home must be of new construction and the builder must be willing to accept the program.  Not all builders or new homes will qualify.  Outlook Homes is one such builder that has embraced the program and has several homes available for immediate move in.
