- Advertise your home each and every month in the monthly Real Estate Books (according to your geographic area); Bartow Real Estate Guide &/or The Real Estate Book and The Keller Williams Buyers Guide.

Our websites are regarded by buyers as the most comprehensive, informative, and easy to navigate websites for real estate.
- Arrange for your home to be professionally photographed and have beautiful full color photos of every room and several exterior photos of your home on our websites. Depending on the size and/or space of your home, a visual tour presentation may be completed during this time also and a possible aerial picture.
- Deliver a copy of a feature sheet of your home to all residents in this neighborhood. Your buyer probably lives in the area already or has friends or family in the area.
- Email a feature sheet of your home to hundreds of North Georgia realtors to make your home stand out from the rest.
- Call about and Email a feature sheet of your home to our pre-approved buyers looking for a property like yours.
- Provide a full color feature book in your home for buyers.
- Pre-qualify all prospective buyers, where possible and provide the with mortgage services through my mortgage specialists.
- Call all buyers and Realtors who viewed or called on my most recent comparable listings in your area or county and tell them about your listing.
- Contact you frequently to let you know the results of the past week including showing feedback and likely buyer prospects.
- Advise you as to any changes in the market, and their effects on the sale of your property. Constantly update you as to any listings or sales of similar properties in your area.
- When an offer comes in, call everyone who has viewed it or inquired about your property to notify them of an offer. Al parties will be encouraged to re-visit your home in an attempt to create competing offers.
